Grown and maintained by students at our Myles Anderson vineyard, this Barbera was fermented with highly aromatic yeast and aged in neutral oak. On the nose, this wine is bursting with aromas of dried flowers, crushed roses, violets, incense, and a subtle note of nutmeg and vanilla. Upon tasting, this wine balances flavors of dark cherries and ripe strawberries with a plush, mouthwatering acidity that makes it an excellent wine to pair with food.
