Grown on the foothills of the Blue Mountains, this Riesling was cultivated and maintained with exacting perfection to achieve optimal ripeness and complex aromas true of Walla Walla. This wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel, and bursts with aromas of meyer lemon, apricot, dried herbs, and candied ginger, while balancing flavors of citrus blossom and honeycomb. On the palate, this off-dry Riesling has 1% residual sugar and presents a bright, delicate acidity.
