Grown and maintained by students at our Stan Clarke vineyard, our estate Cabernet Franc was fermented with a highly aromatic yeast strain and aged in American and French oak.
On the nose, it boasts bright cherries, blackberries, and fresh pomegranate seeds with hints of cedar, nutmeg, clove and fresh ground pepper. On the palate, this wine has dusty, full bodied tannins, with flavors of cacao powder and herbaceous tealeaf and sage.
Enjoy with: grilled lamb chops, roasted root vegetables, Indian saag or briyani rice
