The grapes used to make this Muscat Ottonel were grown by WWCC’s very own Culinary Arts instructor, Chef Greg Schnorr. Hand harvested and produced by the class of 2018, this wine went from vineyard to bottle in less than 30 days, maximizing complex and vibrant aromas of white peach, nectarine, tropical fruits and gummy bears. For a fun twist, this Muscat Ottonel is sweet with a little bit of carbonation, making this wine food-friendly and easy to enjoy
