This fruit-forward wine opens with aromas of grapefruit, guava, and pineapple, leading into a palate of rich, mouthwatering acidity.
Fruit was destemmed, crushed, and gently pressed under inter gas to avoid oxidation. The wine was fermented and aged in 35% neutral oak barrels to increase mouthfeel and flavor complexity.
