2019 "La Laurelia" Sangiovese

A classically styled Sangiovese, this wine opens with aromas of red clay, cherry, raspberry, and tomato leaf. The structured tannin and clean acidity make this wine an ideal pairing with tomato based Italian fare.
The grapes were optically sorted and fermented in an oak tank. The wine was aged in two neutral French oak puncheons.
