Blending Kit

Wine blending is a technique that allows winemakers to create complex and balanced flavors that a single grape variety cannot achieve alone. By combining different grape varieties, winemakers can adjust the balance of acidity, tannin, and alcohol, enhancing the bouquet and depth of the wine.

Our "Blending Kit" consists 1 each of: 2019 Cabernet Franc, 2019 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, & 2019 Estate Merlot. We will also include 3 blending tubes, and a blending trial notebook!
