Best of Class - Washington Wine Competition
This fruit-forward wine opens with aromas of grapefruit, guava, and pineapple, leading into a palate of rich, mouthwatering acidity.
Fruit was destemmed, crushed, and gently pressed under inter gas to avoid oxidation. The wine was fermented and aged in 35% neutral oak barrels to increase mouthfeel and flavor complexity.

Grown and maintained by students at our Myles Anderson vineyard, our Tempranillo was crafted in an approachable and aromatic style. Representative of the region, this Tempranillo is slightly higher in pH, lending it a plush and soft mouthfeel with complex aromas of fig, black olive, and charcuterie.

2016 Syrah, Cockburn Vineyard

Grown by local industry pioneer, Cecil Zerba, this Syrah was co-fermented with Viognier to achieve a slightly floral aroma and bright color. On the nose, this wine will remind you of fresh baked berry cobbler: blackberries and raspberries, toasted hazelnuts, nutmeg, vanilla, allspice, and just a hint of sage. On the palate, this wine is plush, yet mouthwatering with well-rounded tannins.
Enjoy with: pulled pork, sweet bourbon BBQ chicken wings, grilled pork chops with fruit compote
