This wine is crafted from a blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc, carefully sourced from our Clarke Vineyard. The aroma begins with an earthy and honeysuckle bouquet. Upon the first sip, the wine reveals notes of dried fruit, specifically dried apricot and elderflower. As it progresses, flavors of tree fruit, like orange and peach, emerge in the mid palate. The wine finishes with a pleasantly balanced acidity.

Our stack of fortified wine barrels is now 13 years old. We blend young wine in to the top and slowly transfer aged wine down to the bottom in a "solera" style. We only bottle wines from the bottom of the stack which have reached maturity.
