This Merlot is sourced from our very own Clarke Vineyard and offers a delightful tasting experience. On the nose, it boasts a lovely aroma of blackberry and cocoa nibs. As you take a sip, you'll notice the delicious notes of Boysenberry with subtle hints of oregano. The finish and acidity are perfectly balanced, making it a perfect pairing with prime rib or roasted pork.
We are proud to bring a high-quality wine from a different place with incredible stone and rocky soils in Milton-Freewater. This wine's earthiness and dustiness create explosive notes of intense blackberry notes and black fruit jams with deep, rich, fresh, and spicy black peppery notes. This wine is robust and plays a vivid role in the GSM blends.
It's quite uncommon to find a varietal bottle of Petit Verdot from this appellation, let alone a single vineyard release, but this one certainly merits the distinction. Delicate yet intense, it presents aromas of flowers, earth, fresh herbs, and dark purple fruits, with a finish that reveals notes of baking spices and well-balanced, full-bodied black fruit flavors.
This Barbera opens with an aroma of dark cocoa. On the palate, dark berry flavors emerge, including blackberry and huckleberry, finishing with earthy components reminiscent of herbal tea. Beautiful acidity makes this an excellent food pairing wine.

This beautiful 100% Cabernet Franc from Clarke Estate Vineyard offers a nose of dried cherry, green olive, and tomato leaf. Medium-bodied on the palate, it reveals flavors of cherry and tobacco leaf, complemented by velvety tannins.
This 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon from Eritage Vineyard was awarded "Best in Show" at the San Francisco Chronicle wine competition! It opens with an inviting nose of rich, jammy fruits. On the palate, you'll discover flavors of plum, dark chocolate, cherry, and raspberry. The wine features well-rounded tannins and a velvety finish that elevate the overall experience.
This Carménère is truly remarkable. On the nose, it presents inviting aromas of warm spices along with a hint of white pepper. Upon tasting, you'll notice flavors reminiscent of Earl Grey tea, accompanied by subtle hints of coriander and currant. The finish reveals layers of complexity, making it a fascinating experience.

This GSM is an exquisite combination of 7% Grenache, 29% Syrah, and 64% Mourvèdre. The aroma is characterized by dark fruits like blackcurrant, while on the palate, these dark fruits transition into a slightly sweeter profile reminiscent of blackberry jam and cooked fig. The finish is accentuated by notes of nutmeg and savory spices, such as coriander. This wine would pair wonderfully with Korean teriyaki BBQ.

This Syrah received a "Double Gold" award from the San Francisco Chronicle. We chose to co-ferment it with Viognier to enhance its floral notes and vibrant color. On the nose, this wine evokes the aroma of freshly baked berry cobbler, featuring blackberries and raspberries along with toasted hazelnuts, nutmeg, vanilla, allspice, and a subtle hint of sage. On the palate, the wine is lush and refreshing, showcasing well-integrated tannins.
This 100% Syrah from Joseph Christy Vineyard—owned by an Enology & Viticulture Program alumnus—is crafted with a luscious nose of deep, dark fruit such as plum and blackberry jam, complemented by hints of peppercorn and savory meats. On the palate, ripe yet fresh dark fruit leads to a finish with salty and savory notes reminiscent of salami and pepperoni.
This Cabernet Franc displays classic herbaceous notes of bell pepper and jalapeño on the nose. The palate reveals bright red fruit flavors, including cranberry and Bing cherry. An elegant and soft Cabernet Franc—it's no wonder it received a Double Gold at the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition!

Our 2022 Grenache opens with aromas of candied strawberry and bright citrus, particularly orange. On the palate, red vine licorice transitions into warming baking spices such as clove, cardamom, and cinnamon, finishing with earthy notes of tomato leaf and alfalfa sprouts. This complex Grenache can be enjoyed at room temperature or chilled on warm summer days.

This balanced Super Tuscan blend showcases a vibrant nose filled with notes of Bing cherry and raspberry. The 2023 Semillon presents with an herbaceous aroma, featuring notes of peppers and earthy grass. On the palate, a delightful fruit profile emerges, characterized by pear, melon, and honeydew flavors. The wine concludes with a satisfying, rounded finish highlighting almond, particularly the essence of almond skin.
Originating from 39 Floods Vineyard, this wine boasts a beautiful aroma. It presents floral notes of honeysuckle along with perfume aromas reminiscent of jasmine and sandalwood. Upon tasting, you will notice flavors of stone fruit with a subtle hint of pear. Aged entirely in stainless steel, this wine offers a pleasing mouthfeel and a light finish.
